We are Sarah & Tom Bowness, one of those utterly romantic couples who just love love, we’re husband & wife and the founders of Bowness.
Film & Photography to us is such an Art form, it's the Art of noticing and watching, just waiting for the moments to unfold. It’s those moments, that often go unnoticed by others, that truly document and tell your story in such a way that it can only feel like it came straight out of a movie!
Tom & I have our own roles in our business, Tom is the Paparazzi of the two of us, discreet and focusing in on details and my role is to step back, capture the full picture and then delve right back into the moment. With every couple that we meet & every story that we tell, we strive to create a visual legacy that will be cherished for generations to come. Our approach is a blend of unscripted elegance and romance and we work in a way that is discrete yet wholly present.
We are so privileged that our role is such a pivotal part of preserving personalities and we're driven by the belief that great film making & photography does not just capture what things look like, but what they feel like.
As film makers we offer a unique Documentary experience to truly tell your story with your own voices & with our approach blending a documentary style with editorial finesse, capturing everything from the grand, sweeping vistas of your destination to the intimate fleeting moments, we can promise to provide you with memories to treasure.
Based in the UK but travelling to worldwide destinations, we are lucky enough to have worked in some of the most beautiful locations. Working with us is more that just hiring a Vendor; you're gaining a friend, a collaborator and someone who is as invested in your celebration as you are.
We live in the UK with our Beautiful Pup Effy and my 8 yr old son Fred! All we want in life is to travel, cycle, live a slow life, tell stories and provide a service that creates a legacy!
